Monosaccharides (2) (NH2P-50 4E)

Monosaccharides were analyzed using Asahipak NH2P-50 4E (a column for saccharides analysis). Fucose and rhamnose can be separated by adding phosphoric acid to the eluent.

Column temp. : (above); 50°C, (below); 30°C

Equilibration of NH2P-50 4E column : After passing 60mM Phosphoric acid in the column by 0.5 mL/min for 2 hours, it replaces by eluent.
