Analysis of Tagatose According to USP-NF Method (SC1011)

According to USP40-NF35 method, the assay of tagatose should be used a column packed with L22. It is necessary for the system suitability to satisfy relative standard deviation (RSD) of ≤ 2.0%. It was confirmed to satisfy the system suitability when tagatose was analyzed using SUGAR SC1011.
