Suchbeschreibung:

Die Suche nach Shodex Produkten bzw. deren Applikationen ist auf folgende 4 Arten möglich:

  1. Suche nach dem Analyten; hierbei können die zu analysierenden Analyten als Text gesucht werden
  2. Suche nach der Trennmethode, hier stellt die Trennmethode den Startpunkt der Suche dar. Diese Suche ist geeignet, wenn Applikationen gesucht werden, bei denen nicht klar ist welche Trennmethode die besten Ergebnisse liefert.
  3. Suche nach dem Anwendungsgebiet. Bei dieser Suche können Applikationen in bestimmten Anwendungsgebieten gefunden werden wie z.B. Biotechnologie, Umwelt, Nahrungsmittel, und vieles mehr.
  4. Suche nach dem Produktnamen. Diese Suche ist geeignet, wenn die zu verwendende Shodex Säule bereits klar ist, sei es durch erneute Benutzung oder durch Hilfestellung unseres technischen Supports.

    • Size exclusion Chromatography is the main separation mode
    • Depending on the eluent, the column adds multimode features of Reversed phase (RP) and ion exchange (IEX) modes to SEC
    • Suitable for the separation of peptides, nucleotides and nucleic acids with similar molecular weights
    • Suitable for desalting samples or substituting buffer in protein analysis

     

    Asahipak GF HQ

    • Polymer-based SEC columns exhibit high solvent durability (multisolvent column)
    • Supports both aqueous and organic solvents
    • Suitable for the analysis of surfactants, polyelectrolytes, proteins, hormones
    • Semi-micro columns for Asahipak GF-310 HQ
    • Effective for drug analysis in biological samples by using column switching method to remove proteins
    • Useful for LC/MS analysis

    ODP2 HP

    • Provides nearly twice as large theoretical plate number compared with generally available polymer-based Reversed phase columns
    • Enhanced retention of high polar or basic substances compared with C18 silica column
    • Small pore size suitable for RP analysis of small molecules (pharmaceuticals) in the presence of protein matrix
    • Ideal for LC/MS analysis of high polar compounds
    • pH stability: 3 to 12

    Rspak RP18

    • Large pore size is suitable for the analysis of proteins and peptides (biomolecules)

    RSpak DS

    • Suitable for Reversed phase analysis of highly hydrophilic substances, which cannot be retained well by ODS columns

    RSpak DE

    • Polymer-based columns, with similar polarity to that of C18 silica columns, can be used in general and wide purpose
    • Wide working pH range (2-12), usable in 100 % water and buffer solutions

    RSpak DM

    • Polymer-based RP column
    • Suitable for the analysis of amino acids and water-soluble vitamins

    RSpak NN

    • The packing material contains sulfo groups, and supports multimode (Reversed phase and cation exchange) analysis
    • Ideal for analysis of complex samples containing neutral and ionic substances
    • For amino acids, aromatic organic acids, basic nucleotides, vitamins

    RSpak JJ

    • The packing material contains trace amounts of quaternary ammonium groups, and supports multimode (Reversed phase and anion exchange) analysis
