1,500 Å) 8.0 x 300 mm steel F6700131 PROTEIN KW-G 6B SEC Hydroxyl Silica (guard) 7 µm - 6.0 x 50 mm steel F6989201 PROTEIN KW402.5-4F SEC Hydroxyl Silica ≥ 35,000 3 µm 150 Å (max. 400 Å) 4.6 x 300 mm steel F6989202 PROTEIN KW403-4F SEC Hydroxyl Silica ≥ 35,000 3 µm 250 Å (max. 800 Å) 4.6 x 300 mm steel F6989203 PROTEIN KW404-4F SEC Hydroxyl Silica ≥ 25,000 5 µm 500 Å (max. 1,500 Å) 4.6 x 300 mm steel F6989204 PROTEIN KW405-4F SEC Hydroxyl Silica ≥ 25,000 5 µm 1,000 Å (max. 2,000 Å) 4.6 x 300 mm steel F6700132 PROTEIN KW400G-4A SEC Hydroxyl Silica (guard) 5 µm - 4.6 x 10 mm steel F6989303 PROTEIN LW-803 SEC Hydroxyl Silica ≥ 12,000 3 µm 300 Å (max. 1,000 Å) 8.0 x 300 mm steel F6700133 PROTEIN LW-G 6B SEC Hydroxyl Silica (guard) 3 µm - 6.0 x 50 mm steel F6989403 PROTEIN LW-403 4D SEC Hydroxyl Silica ≥ 11,000 1.9 µm 300 Å (max. 1,000 Å) 4.6 x 150 mm steel Produktdetails Product name Maximum pressure Usual flow rate Maximum flow rate Temperature range pH range Salt concentration Shipping solvent USP MW range Exclusion limit PROTEIN KW-802.5 5.0 MPa (50 bar) 1.0 mL/min 1.5 mL/min 4 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 5,000 - 100,000 150,000 PROTEIN KW-803 5.0 MPa (50 bar) 1.0 mL/min 1.5 mL/min 4 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 10,000 - 700,000 (1,000,000) PROTEIN KW-804 5.0 MPa (50 bar) 1.0 mL/min 1.5 mL/min 4 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 30,000 - (4,000,000) (4,000,000) PROTEIN KW-G 6B - - - 4 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 - - PROTEIN KW402.5-4F 10 MPa (100 bar) 0.35 mL/min 0.5 mL/min 5 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 5,000 - 70,000 150,000 PROTEIN KW403-4F 10 MPa (100 bar) 0.35 mL/min 0.5 mL/min 5 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 10,000 - 500,000 600,000 PROTEIN KW404-4F 7.0 MPa (70 bar) 0.35 mL/min 0.5 mL/min 5 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 30,000 - (4,000,000) (4,000,000) PROTEIN KW405-4F 7.0 MPa (70 bar) 0.35 mL/min 0.5 mL/min 5 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 200,000 - (20,000,000) (20,000,000) PROTEIN KW400G-4A - - - 5 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 - - PROTEIN LW-803 15 MPa (150 bar) 1.0 mL/min 1.5 mL/min 4 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 10,000 - 700,000 (1,000,000) PROTEIN LW-G 6B - - - 4 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 - - PROTEIN LW-403 4D 20 MPa (200 bar) 0.35 mL/min 0.5 mL/min 5 to 45°C 3.0 to 7.5 ≤ 0.3 M H2O L20, L33, L59 10,000 - 700,000 (1,000,000) Produkte Bestseller PROTEIN KW-802.5 | 8.0 x 300 mm Bestseller PROTEIN KW-803 | 8.0 x 300 mm PROTEIN KW-804 | 8.0 x 300 mm PROTEIN KW-G 6B | 6.0 x 50 mm Vorsäule PROTEIN KW402.5-4F | 4.6 x 300 mm PROTEIN KW403-4F | 4.6 x 300 mm PROTEIN KW404-4F | 4.6 x 300 mm PROTEIN KW405-4F | 4.6 x 300 mm PROTEIN KW400G-4A | 4.6 x 10 mm Vorsäule PROTEIN LW-803 | 8.0 x 300 mm PROTEIN LW-G 6B | 6.0 x 50 mm Vorsäule PROTEIN LW-403 4D | 4.6 x 150 mm PROTEIN LS-G 4J | 4.6 x 20 mm Vorsäule Download Dokumente Technical Articles: Shodex Technical Article 1_Analysis of Aggregates and Additives in Antibody Drugs (pdf) Shodex Technical Article 11_HPLC Analysis of Antidiabetic Drugs (pdf) Bedienungsanleitungen: Die Bedienungsanleitungen für jede Säulenserie finden Sie auf unserer japanischen Website.

  • GPC Clean-up Säulen | Shodex

GPC Clean-up-Säule Serie CLNpak EV zur Fraktionierung von Pestizidrückständen in Lebensmitteln. GPC Clean-up Säulen mit Aceton/Cyclohexan oder Ethylacetat/Cyclohexan Zur Fraktionierung von Pestizidrückständen in Lebensmitteln Catalog Product Overview (pdf) Produktinformation MSpak GF-4A Vorbehandlungssäule für das Säulenschaltverfahren Hohe Proteinentfernungsrate Entfernt Tenside gut, ist aber nicht zum Einfangen hydrophiler Substanzen geeignet CLNpak EV-Serie GPC Clean-up-Säulen Geeignet zur Fraktionierung von Pestizidrückständen in Lebensmitteln EV-2000 AC wird in Shoku-An Nr. 0124001 (24. Januar 2005, Japan) des Pharmaceutical and Food Safety Bureau, MHLW, Abschnitt 2 „Simultaneous GC/MS (LC/MS) Analyses of Agricultural Chemicals in Livestock and Meeresprodukte“. EV2000AC-12F wird in Shoku-An Nr. 0226 (26. Februar 2015, Japan) des Pharmaceutical and Food Safety Bureau, MHLW, Section 2 „LC/MS Analyses of Agricultural Chemicals in Livestock and Marine Products“ verwendet.
