  • Rapid analysis column (LF-604) and high performance analysis column (LF-404) are also available

  • LF-604 and LF-404 enables reduction of solvent use

  • Fulfills USP L21 requirements

 2 to 4 columns can be connected in series according to separation purpose or samples.

Product instruction


Eluents:

The shipping solvent is Tetrahydrofuran (THF). The in-column solvent can be replaced. Following eluents are suitable:

  • THF

  • Chloroform

  • Carbon tetrachloride

  • Toluene

  • Methyl ethyl ketone

  • Acetone

  • Dimethylformamide (DMF) Usable at 40°C or higher)

  • Dimethylacetamide (DMAc) (Usable at 40°C or higher)

  • Hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP) (Usable at 40°C or higher)

  • N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) (Usable at 40°C or higher)

  • Dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) (Usable at 40°C or higher)

Guard column:

The use of the guard column GPC LF-G is recommended.

Cleaning and Regeneration:

Clean the guard column and analytical column separately by running the eluent at 50% of standard flow rate in the opposite direction of the arrow on the column tag in order to remove the clogged substance.
